Step 1 of Alcoholics Anonymous Explained

In this video, I breakdown my experience with Step 1 of the 12 Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous.
I also use the character "Frank the tank" as an example of powerlessness and unmanageabiltiy.
The First Step of AA: We admitted we were powerless over alcohol - that our lives had become unmanageable.
We have to truly understand what this means.
