A bicycle ride in the Gorge Road West protected bike lane in Saanich, BC (June 2024). Highlights include a two-way protected bike lane, floating bus stops, new crosswalks with rapid flashing lights, bike racks, sidewalk updates, and a connection to the Tillicum Road protected bike lane.

Our ride begins by heading West from the intersection of Gorge Road West and Tillicum Road. We continue parallel to Gorge Waterway Park until Admirals Road at which point we turn around and head East back to the Tillicum Road protected bike lane.

Length of protected bike lane: 1.7 km
