7. Grafton to Lake Michigan! Freebird on the Great Loop

‪@FreebirdonTheGreatLoop‬ In this video we leave Grafton Marina in Illinois and travel seven days to Hammond Marina in Indiana. We were so happy to get to the clear water of Lake Michigan! Our first three nights we anchor in three different anchorages, traveling 200 miles. We then stayed in Heritage Harbor Marina in Ottawa, IL, Spring Brook Marina in Seneca, IL a night on a lock wall, and finally Hammond Marina on Lake Michigan. Adventures of Freebird on The Great Loop 56 Carver Voyager Yacht travelling the lakes, rivers, and oceans. We anchor and stay at Marinas in Tennessee, Alabama, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan so far. Future plans are to take the boat cruising to Florida and The Bahamas in winter, 2023.
