Can this replace a hand pump or CO2? Flextail Tiny Bike Pump Test and Review

I recently got to test the Flextail Tiny Bike Pump. With a max pressure of 100 psi and runtime of 250 seconds (inflates 2 x tires at 25mm), it's a pretty neat little tool. I can see the use case when you're bikepacking and can't carry too many CO2 cartridges.
