Belgium is probably the nation that has paid the highest price among the defeated powers: after more than 4 years of occupation, the country is on its knees and exhausted and finds itself in the sphere of influence of the country that has inflicted such suffering.
After twenty years, although the Kingdom of Flanders-Wallonia has apparently recovered economically, it is still a divided nation because of the Flamenpolitik that has long distinguished the German administration.

Despite the neutrality of the Great War, not even in the Netherlands is the situation better: the struggle between German hegemony and the Syndicalist threat is increasingly felt and an invisible thread links the fate of the two Benelux countries.

The storm is almost upon us, and the Kingdom of Flanders-Wallonia is the first line of defense of the Reichspakt while the Netherlands turn into a battlefield. As thousands of its citizens prepare for war, many wonder if this tormented lands will ever find peace...
