Ring Racers WIP - Combinator

ring racers is pretty good but lets make it worse

This is a remake of an infamous mod back in the SRB2Kart days, known for being basically a fool's mod, as it was very impractical for anything... Combi Ring, by fickleheart. A mod that ties you to another player for the entire race, sharing speed buffs between each other, but miscoordination may make you go insane.

I recently decided to make a remake of fickle's combi ring mod for kart itself (mb.srb2.org/addons/hayas-combi-ring-mod.4823/) but recently I've been thinking of chucking it to Ring Racers and see what sticks. It stuck, and here we are.

NUMEROUS changes were made to account for RR's new mechanics.
- You tag with someone by bumping into them during the position segments! The old way of getting a partner/gargoyle at random is a fallback, juuust incase you managed to avoid everyone at the position segment... Just make sure to not be too far from the person the council picked.
- Various boost types are now shared, like ring boost.
- Max distance before you get yanked changed from about 450 to 560. You go fast so account for fast
- Tugging is less aggressive on close range, though is a lot more stupid on far range.
- HUD has been completely been changed. New game means new ui bich
- THE ENTIRE MOD HAS BEEN REWORKED SO I DONT HAVE TO LOOK AT BAD CODE.

Mod itself is almost done, just needs a couple more testing in online environments. Will come to the message board soon.
