Since developing SleepHQ two things have really stood out for me.
1. The Auto Algorithms used to adjust the pressure are really bad and i will be reviewing my therapy advice in the next few weeks regarding this.

2. The AHI is not fit for purpose as a measure of therapeutic efficacy. It's doing more harm than good! The Hypopnea / Apnea flag thresholds are too high and as such too many respiratory events are going unreported. At best the AHI should only be used as a very rough guide. It should never be used as a singular method for reporting.
