Here is a how-to video for installing Hella Supertone horns in a 2004 WRX. The horns are a universal part, however these instructions are specific to the WRX.

I didn't install the included relay as it isn't really needed for this car. These horns are a night and day difference over the factory units, much louder and a more noticeable tone that is great for grabbing other drivers attention.

Install time was approx 45mins, shouldn't take more than 1.5hrs.
