Magical Passes® performed by Ukrainian and Russian Tensegrity® Facilitators & Friends. For many ancient traditions, time is like a wheel, which we can turn with our intent---to live a new dream, a new experience of reality. Practicing this series helps us to subtly, consistently make that turn.

Tensegrity was a term used by Carlos Castaneda to refer to some movements called magical passes (a series of meditative stretches, stances and movements) that he said were developed by Native American shamans who lived in Mexico in times prior to the Spanish conquest.

In the Tensegrity practice, the participants are engaging in a series of deliberate and fluid movements that are designed to promote physical and energetic alignment. These movements are rooted in the teachings of Carlos Castaneda and are intended to help individuals adapt their own energy to the energy of their surroundings and fellow beings.

The practitioners perform these movements with precision and intention, often moving their arms, legs, and torsos in specific patterns. These movements are not only physical exercises but are also considered to be a form of energetic and spiritual work. They are typically performed in a group setting, and participants synchronize their movements with one another.

The goal of Tensegrity practice is to enhance awareness, connect with one's inner energy, and foster a sense of unity with the surrounding environment. While it may appear as a series of choreographed movements, it is, in fact, a holistic practice that engages the mind, body, and spirit.
