INGREDIENTS
2 cups okra
1lb. goat meat
1 cup red onion minced
1 up sliced red onion
10 large shrimp
1 cups spinach
1/2 cup palm oil
1 cup red bell peppers
1/2 tbsp. minced ginger
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
salt to tast
1 tsp paprika
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 rosemary sprigs
2 tbsps. chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic
