The only thing that would make this closer to the real thing is if I were to batch cook it up and have it in a hot cambro ready for him to order from!

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless cut into bite size thin cut 1 inch pieces)
1/4 cup Cornstarch
Vegetable Oil (about 1/2 cup for frying the chicken + 1 Tbsp for the stir fry)
2 large Eggs (beaten)
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped into 1 inch pieces)
1/2 White Onion (or 1 small white onion, sliced into wedges)
2 cups Pineapple Chunks (or a 20 oz can)
2/3 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
sliced green onions and/or sesame seeds for garnish
*add crushed red pepper flakes or chili paste for a bit more spice, if desired
