In this session, we shift from the usual mixed GTO drills and focus on a single, high-impact ICM hand from a deep run I played last night. With 11 players left, just before the final table, I found myself in a spot where I wasn’t fully sure what the optimal preflop or postflop line should be.

This video breaks down how the hand should be played in pure chip EV, and then contrasts that with how strategy changes under ICM pressure at 11 left — one of the most important and misunderstood areas in tournament poker.

We’ll look at:

– How risk premium alters preflop ranges
– Postflop decision-making when real-money equity is on the line
– How to approach uncertain spots with the right tools
