Описание к видео 2025 Christmas Worship Proverbs

Can you hold two pictures in your heart at the same time?

On one side, picture the eternal Son — wrapped in the embrace of His Father, resting in the very bosom of divine love, full of glory, joy, and perfect nearness.

Now, place beside it a second picture — a newborn baby, laid in a manger, out in the cold night air, surrounded not by angels but by animals, not by a throne but by straw.

What a contrast. What a wonder.
The One who lived forever in the warmth of the Father’s love… is now lying in a feed trough, shivering under the stars He made.

This is love — deep, humbling, holy love.

The Son left heaven’s joy to step into our night, so that we, the cold and the lost, might one day rest in the warmth of the Father’s heart — just as He did from eternity.

This is the grace of Christ Jesus.

Friends, when you say, “I believe in Jesus Christ,” do you realize what you're saying?

You're not just agreeing to a name or a story — you're embracing two powerful, contrasting images of Him.

You’re professing faith in the eternal Son of God, glorious and infinite, who was with the Father from all eternity — and in the humble man of sorrows, Jesus, who walked this earth in suffering, shame, and pain.

You're holding together the breathtaking mystery of God Most High becoming a servant most low, the King of glory lying in a manger, and later hanging on a cross.

To believe in Christ is to grasp — even in part — the endless distance He traveled in love for you. From heaven’s throne to earth’s dust. From the Father’s bosom to a borrowed grave.

That’s what you declare when you say: “I believe in Jesus.”

Let me ask you a heartfelt question — and I pray it stirs your conscience as much as your heart:

When you look at that baby lying in the manger, can you see what the Holy Spirit sees?

Through the eyes of faith, do you see more than just a helpless newborn? Does your faith behold the eternal Son of God — the One who was forever in the bosom of the Father — now wrapped in fragile human flesh?

Can you begin to understand that this simple, quiet place—a manger surrounded by animals, where the cold crept in from every side—was the way the glorious Son of God chose to enter our broken and sinful world?

He didn’t come with a big announcement or celebration, but with deep humility — and on purpose.

Yes — He deliberately chose that manger in the shivering cold, to declare to heaven and earth that He had taken the form of a doulos — a bondservant, a slave — for you, for me.

This isn’t just a tender Christmas image. This is not merely about sweetness or tradition. This is the mystery of all mysteries: that the Lord of eternity, foretold by prophets, stepped into time, descended into humiliation, took on weakness, embraced poverty, and bore shame — all to redeem us.

Let your heart be pierced by this wonder. Let your conscience be awakened: this is love — not that we loved God, but that He came, lowly and willing, to serve and save.

So if you ever find yourself asking, “Why was the Son of God — the Lord of glory — laid in a manger, exposed to the open-air chill of night?” Let the Word of God answer you plainly: He came as a slave for sinners.

Not for the righteous. Not for the deserving. But for the proud, the selfish, the rebels — for people like us.

That manger wasn’t just a symbol of poverty — it was a declaration from heaven that Christ came to serve… to stoop… to suffer… to be treated like the lowest of all, so that we — the guilty — might be set free.

The One who was forever in the bosom of the Father — now here, in weakness and humility, for us.

Your soul trembles with awe.

You can’t take your eyes off Him.

You’re stunned, asking: Why would the Infinite become an infant? Why would the Lord of glory descend so low?

And in that holy moment — you want to cry out with all your being, to the whole world:

“If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. ”

(1 Corinthians 16:22)

Because how can anyone behold such love…

such condescension…

such glory wrapped in humility —

and not fall at His feet in worship?
