More news from NES Returns! I'm here to show you all the newest Donkey Kong Land Engine made by me in partnership with "Vini" from Nimaginendo Games. We were working together on the Donkey Kong Land Special as I reported earlier in the fangame video. But, for engine reasons Donkey Kong Land Special was canceled on the old engine and as soon as this new engine is completed it will be migrated to it. But the beta version of Donkey Kong Land Special will be available soon after we fix some bugs left over there. It is a solid engine with no slopes or solid top collisions.

The older engine is also being taken advantage by Vini. He took charge of creating a small fangame in celebration of Donkey Kong’s anniversary. So in addition to the most famous fangame 'KIddy Show Time' created by him, he is creating one for the fangame group NES Returns, a new Donkey Kong fangame with rematches from the old bosses. The name is Donkey Kong Land Battle Rematch. The game will have bosses from the DKC trilogy but with new actions scheduled. The older solid engine was perfect for it, so I'll be showing some of the fangame here as soon as he passes it to us.

About the new engine:
It was created by me, the new graphics that do not exist in the Gameboy versions of Donkey Kong Land, were created by Vini (from Nimaginendo)
And this new engine uses slopes and solid top collisions unlike the other. The camera movements are 99% the same as the GBC version of the DKC.
When coins are collected, the coin does not go up on the screen until it leaves the scene, but remains on the screen just as it does in Donkey Kong Land 2 and 3. Enemies have turn animation and a certain speed when defeated. The barrels have been improved as well as Donkey Kong's movements.The engine is still being created by me, using the Saturn Mario Engine by Supernova (Supernova SMW Engine) for the standard Game Maker.

And this is the first video I post about a black and white gameboy style fangame. But for those who already know me from the old deleted channel, I have already posted many videos of various fangames (with GB style) that I lost in the middle of creation.

About the other NES Returns fangames:
Captain Toad's fangame is paused for lack of ideas, the SMB35 Simulator has been updated but we need information about the creator who is with the project, because we haven't gotten answers from him in a long time. And I'm thinking of posting demos of some of my old fangames with the old engine that doesn't work properly on my PC, "Mario Bros. Fix It!", Is practically complete.
