IVF एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जिसमे couples को काफी सारी चिंता या तनाव रहता है। Couples में embryo transfer के बाद से 14 दिन जो waiting period होता है वह काफी तनाव युक्त समय रहता है।आज इस व्हिडिओ में Dr Jay Mehta, IVF pregnancy में पहले ultrasound का महत्व ( First ultrasound after IVF pregnancy) इस विषय पे बात करेंगे | तो आइये जानते है इस बारेमें:

First ultrasound after IVF pregnancy
एक बार urine pregnancy test positive आ जाता है उसके बाद हर IVF clinic beta-HCG test करवाता है। उस टेस्ट में pregnancy का quantitative value पता चलता है। काफी बार काफी क्लिनिक्स इस value को तीन दिन या ७२ घंटे बाद दोहराते भी है। आमतौर पे IVF के बाद जो पहला ultrasound होता है वह urine pregnancy test positive आने के १०-१२ दिन बाद किया जाता है। यह ultasound vaginal या internal ultrasound रहता है। यह ultrasound प्रेग्नेंट होने के बाद पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित होता है।

Importance of First USG after IVF
काफी बार IVF क्लिनिक्स में १-२ embryos transfer की जाती है। इसका मतलब यह नहीं की दोनों के दोनों embryos implant हो जायेंगे। जब ultrasound किया जाता है तब यह देखा जाता है की :
-Embryo कहा implant हुआ है ?
-अगर दो embryos transfer हुए है तो वह uterus के अंदर implant हुए है या नहीं ? (single या twin pregnancy )
-Ectopic pregnancy की सम्भावनाये देखि जाती है।
-Ovaries की जांच की जाती है cyst है या नहीं देखने केलिए।
-Uterus में से Yolk sac की भी जांच की जाती है healthy pregnancy के लिए।
-Desidual reaction यनेके जब कभी भी implatation होता है तो उसके अजु बाजू में क्या reaction होता है या कितने मजबूती से pregancy अंदर जाके implant हुई है यह देखा जाता है।

यह सारी चीज़े IVF के बाद के पहले ultrasound में देखि जाती है। इस दौरान होने वाले बच्चे की heartbeats नहीं दिखती। Heartbeats देखने केलिए लगभग ७-१२ पहले ultrasound के बाद इंतज़ार करना पड़ता है। इसलिए क्लिनिक्स पहला ultrasound होने के बाद couple ७-१२ दिन बाद फिरसे बुलाते है ताकि hearbeats की जांच कर सके।
जब कभी भी प्रेगनेंसी की अंदर hearbeats रहती है उसे Clinical Pregancy कहा जाता है। इस ultrasound के कारन प्रेगनेंसी के स्थिति यनेके pregnancy healthy है या नहीं इस के बारेमें पता चलता है।
