DXN RG Powder Megadose Therapy day 1 experiences

On the first day of my DXN Reishi Gano Megadose Therapy I can not tell anything about the benefits of DXN RG extract, because it was only the first day. What I can tell you is the following:

DXN RG Powder is bitter. You can see it on my face after drinking the mixture. It is not that bad, but not good either. I do not take DXN RG because of its taste. but for detoxification and health benefits.

DXN RG Powder dissolves well in water. I used warm water, as it is winter and my throat is sensitive to cold drinks in this season, especially as I drank up the whole – about one liter – Reshi-water mixture at once.

I did not have to rush to the toilet afterwards. I was prepared that the ’Punisher’ would harshly attack toxins in my body and I would have had diarrhoea, but I didn’t.

I did not eat healthy at all during that day. I ate french fries with cheese fried in breadcrumbs two times. I will not, or at least I am not planning any radical, or even smaller changes in my diet during the RG Megadose. This way any special effect or sensation that I am going to experience could be contributed to Reishi Gano extract.
