Here, we learn more information on black soul gems and how they're created. Next, we speak with the Arch Mage Hannibal Traven, for a quest called Liberation or Apprehension. Here, we go to the ruins of Nenyond Twyll to find an undercover informant. Next, we do a quest called information at a price, which has us deal with some vampires and vampire hunters, in exchange for some shocking information from the count of Skingrad.
