WHY USE ME AS YOUR REFERRAL?
VIPKID is a unique job, you don't get to go and sit down for a traditional interview. You don't stop by Human Resources and get the low-down on expectations and company policies. Being able to look professional and put together a solid resume is NOT ENOUGH to get you hired. VIPKID's hiring rate is around 6% overall so having a mentor through the process is EXTREMELY helpful and drastically increases your chances of getting hired. A lot of the hiring process is points based, meaning you need to meet certain standards by achieving a specific score. I can show you what to do and WHAT NOT to do. I've been in your shoes and I used a referral who provided me with lots of helpful information and coached me through the process. NOW I want to help others in the same way!

I’m a busy stay-at-home mom and I LOVE being a VIPKID teacher because it is truly rewarding work that is super FLEXIBLE for my hectic life.
