Missing CarPlay & AndroidAuto fix after activation patch MIB2

Fix missing #CarPlay and #AndroidAuto in AppConnect, FullLink, SmartLink menu in your MIB2 system after activation with SD or Toolbox. All you need is #OBDeleven or VCDS to complete the activation.
