Mir Chakar Khan Rind was a Baloch chief and is popularly known as Chakar e AAzam Rind. He was a Baloch chieftain in the 16th century. Under his leadership balochista was formed. Mir Chakar Khan Rand was the son of Mir Shahik Khan Rand. There are different traditions about the date of birth of Sardar Chakar Khan Rand, the most reliable of them is 1468 and conquered Kalat in 1486. ​​At that time, Sardar Chakar was only 16 years old and captured Sabi in 1488 and Mir Shahak died in the same year. He coquered Sibi and become the head of Rind tribes of Balochistan. There was a 30 years civil war between Rind And Lashari tribes of Balochistan. Mir Chakar Khan ended the enmity with the Lashar tribe by declaring a truce without taking any revenge and this great and endless war ended in 1519. In 1520, Mir Chakar Khan left for Multan with his nephew and son-in-law Mir Bajar Khan's eldest son, Mir Notak Khan. He migrated to Satghara with his allies and settled in Satghara where he lived in his last years. Mir Chakar setteled in Satghara and emerged as regional force. He constructed fortification wall around the village and a burj.
His tomb is in Satghara is now 400 years old. The structure of tomb is typical Mughal structure amd matched the tomb of Anarkali located in Lahore. It is simple with arches and ghalib kari.
