This is a modification for PSX Mednafen (not the Retroarch core, but Mednafen by itself, with Mednaffe GUI), made by tapeq, to include the GTE hack made by edgbla, with the addition of the widescreen hack. Since PSX Mednafen only runs games at native resolution, the GTE hack works without major issues, and wobbling is very hard to notice. I suspect it only lessens the effects of the PlayStation's weird vertex rendering methods, instead of trying to replace it altogether, like what PGXP does.

I recorded this at 854x480@60, with linear interpolation on the X axis, so the image doesn't look too "grainy". Upscaled to 1080p60.

I wanted to try and make this with the widescreen cheat code, but gameshark support for PSX Mednafen is not good; you can only add one line codes, and it's also very hard to do so.

This is the only version available so far (0.9.39.2), and tapeq might not update this further, but since the latest versions of Mednafen didn't update much of the PSX core, there would be no point in adding this hack on newer versions, without any benefits (I guess). If anyone ever wants this, I could upload it somewhere, since the original link tapeq provided for me is unavailable.
