Portuguese Peri Peri Chicken

Such a winner on the BBQ - Portuguese Peri-Peri Chicken.

This is loaded with chillis, lemons, garlic, herbs and spices - its a sure fire way to make your neighbours jealous.

We love doing a whole chicken which we spatchcock, but chicken quarters or loose thighs and drumsticks work great as well. Don't skip the basting, its loaded with lemons, garlic and chillis which is what's makes it so good.
