The cognitive decline of Joe Biden can no longer be ignored. On May 1st 2020, Joe Biden was interviewed on MSNBC's Morning Joe program, by co-host Mika Brzezinski, concerning the recent allegations brought forth by his former senate-aide, Tara Reade. Tara says that Biden sexually assaulted her in 1993 in a hallway at the Senate compound when he reached under her skirt and penetrated her with his fingers. This clip is a compilation of examples of dementia type behavior including memory loss, word finding, repetition, disorientation, difficulty speaking, anxiety, anger, and jumbled speech that Biden exhibited during the interview. Biden had several Freudian slips that suggest he may be lying.

Recent court papers unveiled from Reade's 1996 divorce mention sexual harassment in Joe Biden's senate office, and the lasting trauma from those experiences. Reade's story has been corroborated by numerous friends, an old neighbor, and her brother - who all remember hearing about the experience in the 90's and 2000's. Reade had also told her mother of the experience, and her mother encouraged her to go to the police, though Reade could not bring herself to report it, as the 90's was a different time for survivors of sexual assault. Her mother had passed away before Reade made any these allegations public. Reade discussed in an interview about how her mother had called into Larry King Live to mention her daughters problems. Shortly after the interview aired, a transcript was unearthed from the Larry King Live Show that had a caller that appeared to match the timing of the allegations, the location of her mother at the time, and the substance of Tara's problems. After the transcript, the clip was found, and Tara confirmed that it is the voice of her mother. Reade mentions that she did not address these issues in 2008 and 2012 because she liked Obama, and didn't want to hurt his campaign, and was surprised when he picked Biden as his VP. Her children were young during that period, which was another factor in not coming forward. She had tried to go public in late 2019, and early 2020 before primary elections occurred but no outlet or candidate would give her the light of day. Reade was hopeful that the #MeToo movement championed by Democrats would rally behind her and provide support, but instead it has caused a divide within the movement and the party itself, with many high level democrats making statements that appear to be hypocritical when compared to what was being said when Dr. Ford made allegations against Brett Kavanaugh in 2018.

As of the publishing of this video, neither Biden nor his campaign has publicly denied that the former Vice President has dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Instead, all of these symptoms of a deeper cognitive issue have been blamed on his childhood stutter.
