I spent months trying to DIY fix my Samsung freezer issue. I tried all of the tricks found online but only had temporary success.

I finally fixed my issue by just calling customer support. I figured that I would be out of warranty as my unit was from 2016. However, I explained to customer service all of the issues we've had and my efforts to fix, and they agreed to send a tech out a no cost to fix.

So don't try to DIY this one, just call Samsung and get it done.
