Study Program Conversion Method

1. Conversion request is processed after receiving fee confirmation from the accounts department and declaration of the final term result of the running semester. Moreover, the applicant is required to upload a paid fee voucher if already not uploaded.

2. Fee once deposited will not be refunded. However, if the applicant is found not eligible for a change of study program then the deposited conversion fee will be adjusted against the tuition fee.

3. Upon conversion, the applicant will follow the course selection rules according to the study program which is published in the student’s handbook (http://handbook.vu.edu.pk).

4. Upon conversion, a confirmation email is forwarded to the applicant`s VULMS email account and he/she is required to make a course selection or email at [email protected].

5. Upon conversion, the applicant will not be entitled to any merit position/medal/Scholarship.

6- Student enrolled in 5th semester cannot change their degree program.
