Public Lands, We the People - Local Parks to Public Lands: Access for Communities, By Communities

Описание к видео Public Lands, We the People - Local Parks to Public Lands: Access for Communities, By Communities

Join the Aspen Institute and The Wilderness Society throughout the month of July as we collect big ideas from thought leaders, change makers and the public for the future of our public lands.

From dense urban centers to rural communities, opportunities to enjoy the benefits of nature and access outdoor spaces can be limited. During this second session of the series, "Public Lands, We the People," hear and learn from experts in the realms of community-led park development, open space and public lands as they come together to share recent efforts that move communities closer to achieving equitable access to the outdoors and their co-benefits.

Featured Keynote:
Rue Mapp, Founder, Outdoor Afro & Member, The Wilderness Society Governing Council

Panelists:
Viviana Franco, Founder, From Lot to Spot
Alyssa Ravasio, Founder, HipCamp

Moderated by:
