Hey guys! So this is a lengthy video and but I really wanted to share as much as I could about my online yoga teacher training experience. For anyone interested in (online) yoga teacher training, whether you want to be a yoga teacher or just simply want to further your own yoga practice, I think this video will have some information for what you should realistically expect and learn what having a yoga teacher certificate means for you.
