As part of the RA Group Future of Hospitality series, David Simms (RA Groups Culinary Director) hosts a panel discussion with some of the most acclaimed chefs in the UK discussing the future of the UK dining scene in a post COVID-19 world. On the panel are three chefs who need no introduction: Jason Atherton from The Social Company, Michel Roux Jnr from Le Gavroche and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall from the River Cottage. How will the fine dining industry be reimaged post lockdown, can we place sustainable practices at the heart of the operations and how will the supply chain be affected are just some of the questsions that the panel discuss.
