This is a beautiful Catholic song composed by Dan Schutte. The full name of the composer is Daniel Laurent Schutte. He has composed over 150 hymns and special Mass for the Catholic Church. The song "Here I Am, Lord" can be found on the album Here I am, Lord - 30th Anniversary Edition.
