SUPPLIES YOU NEED TO MAKE FORKY FROM TOY STORY 4:
1 White Plastic Spork
2 Googly Eyes in different sizes
1 Red Pipe Cleaner
1 Large Popsicle Stick
1 Rainbow Sticker
1 Red Crayon or Marker
1 Blue Crayon or Marker
1 Marker (to write your name on his foot)
Glue
Modeling Clay in white, red, and blue (or you can just paint it the different colors)
