Owaisi On Voter List Revision : All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi has questioned the authority of the Election Commission of India to determine the citizenship of Indian citizens. He accused the poll body's decision to conduct a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists ahead of the Bihar assembly elections of doing NRC through the backdoor. Speaking to ANI, Owaisi said who gave the Election Commission the right to decide whether someone is a citizen or not?
