Скачать или смотреть 23-year-old Westlake man pleads guilty to assaulting woman left lying in the street

Jahard Colon, 23, of Westlake, appeared in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded guilty to felonious assault after assaulting a woman and leaving her lying in the street with life-threatening injuries.

As a result of his plea, the court dropped charges of attempted murder, domestic violence and two counts of strangulation.

Sentencing for Colon is set for Oct. 29 at 9 a.m.
