No special chemicals or equipment used, makes this so cheap to do!!!
Until mid last century, all wines were made with wild yeast.


So don't be afraid to try. You won't have lost much if it doesn't work (but it probably will).
It's all natural and a traditional way to go about country winemaking on a narrowboat.
