and it is definitely a winner! I used four skinless chicken thighs, but you may opt to use rotisserie chicken or chicken breasts. Ensure the meat is cooked before applying it to the bread.

I seasoned the thighs with onion and garlic powder, Slap Ya’ Mama seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. However, you may use your seasonings of choice.

1/2 jar Alfredo sauce
1c Bacon
2-3c mozzarella cheese
3/4c Parmesan cheese
1c tomatoes
1/2c spinach
