Marcus: Welcome to Doomed for Success. I'm Marcus Painter and I'm going to be your host for this evening. I'm going to keep it brief. I have a couple of things I want to cover quickly. I want to go over the Doomed for Success website. Let me share the screen with you. I want to let you know how it works and what's going on with it. It's a basic website. I would definitely suggest that you become a registered member so you can stay up to date with everything we're doing. Contact us if you have any questions or if you have a success story, or a question about the show and you'd like to get in touch with us. This is going to be the best way for now. If you want to be a guest on the show, to come on and speak live with everybody else, you can sign up to be a guest and we'll shoot you email updates with topics and everything we're going to be discussing on that show. We'll also put a little JPEG of your picture and whatever website you're associated with, just to help get information about you out there because that's really what this whole thing is all about.
If you want to get signed up for Cashflow, this is the place you want to come. Cashflow, by the way, is coming up tomorrow night at 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Coves North clubhouse. The address is 8575 NW Waukomis Drive in Kansas City, Missouri, 64154. I'm not sure what kind of turnout we're going to have. I hope we'll have a lot of people because it's a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing you there. If you want to play Cashflow, go ahead and get signed up. It'll be a good time.
If you want to watch the live event, click right here. There should be a countdown button which should be down to zero, but it's not showing it. Oh boy, it says "Error." That's not good. Of course, this has to be all goofed up on the live show. You can click on the most recent post, but there should be a link. I'll have to go over that next week. Maybe that's something we'll need to fix. I think something may possibly change after the timer goes out because there is a countdown timer. You can always click on the "Recent Posts" because this is episode number 12. I'm sure we'll get some horrible feedback. This is where you can view the live show. Just click play and it will start for you. I'll get off there before it gets weird. That's how it works. I got a few blog posts I'll be putting on there to keep you updated. Last week we talked about 4 easy steps to hiring a great virtual assistant. I put my notes and everything I had right there. "Community Forums" is something I haven't spent a lot of time on, but if you get in contact with us and you have questions or something specific that you want to talk about, it can be success-related, real estate-related or it could be some niche you're working on in some completely different entity or company. Just shoot it to us and we'll get it on the Forums because we love to get a discussion going. That would be really good. The whole thing about this is trying to get people involved and talking about their success stories, about what's working for them. The more we can do that, the better we're all going to be. If you'd like to shoot me a question during the show, you can send your questions at   / doomed4success   and I'll do my best to answer them in a timely fashion. That's something I've been working on.
I've been putting together a series from "Think & Grow Rich." Here's my concept or idea behind it: I've done this with some friends of mine, where we get together once a week and we do the same concepts. I want to take that same thing and move it onto the internet because it's such a bigger platform and we could get a lot more people involved and it would be a great benefit to all of you.

Marcus: No, I don't. My phone's talking to me. Here's what I'll be doing next week: there are 15 chapters in "Think & Grow Rich," a book written by Napoleon Hill. I'm going to be reading a chapter a week. I'm not going to be reading it on the show, I'm going to be reading it in my own spare time. I'm going to do my best to go over each chapter 2 or 3 times so I can do my best to understand it, with the knowledge base I have right now, to understand exactly what he's talking about. I'm going to go over the principles and come on the live show and discuss it. I would challenge you to do the exact same thing. It's a fantastic book, it's full of great ideas and it's very practical even though it was written back in the 30s. Time changes a lot of things, but principles never change. The book is slammed pack full of principles you can apply to your life to help yourself get to the place you want to go. The more you can read it, the more we can talk about it, the more we can understand what is going on the better it's going to be for everybody. That's my goal.
