3rd endurance pursuit

Well that's the IS 300 endurance pursuit taken care of. Will upload the corvette version next but that one had a rig spawn in a spike roadblock and that broke the spawning roadblocks and apparently traffic as well early so it was sort of boring.

Also endurance pursuits to me are pursuits that go past one hour and are successfully evaded.
