I would not recommend copying these talents, I went with my standard delve build without thinking about it and this build is not really meant for single target. Pretty fun fight it took a few tries, everything he does will basically oneshot you. Hardest thing is probably the interrupt and I would recommend a focus macro for that so you can easily interrupt when dpsing the egg.
