Why is tube dispensing is so much more beneficial?

What we have in our safes are eight columns. These colums are the change fund.
On most older floor safes, when the door is open businesses have all that coin and paper laying down inside there.
What you are doing is breaking that money. You, as the owner or manager can program these columns any way you wish. If you want to make it all quarters, you can make it all quarters.

In most cases the columns will be set to pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, dollars is twenty, fives is twenty, tens is twenty and twenty dollar bills is sixty.

So what is the procedure for getting coins into the safe?

Typically the management uses a special key, we call it a dallas key. It is like a snowflake there are no two alike.

Today that is called positive user identification. The manager will take their dallas key and initiate the safe.It will identifies that person. After verification, they are going to hit load. It says to insert tubes now. Now remember these are all programmed. For example if we decide to load one into the twenty dollar column. It is going to count sixty dollars -- that is three twenties or sixty.

What about a receipt?

The beauty of the receipt is that it is autographed twice. You will notice the operators name is printed with operating number, what that person actually did, the transaction itself, and you have the serialized history -- the transaction history and of course the date and time stamp on every receipt you get from the safe.
