This two-layered coconut burfi is an easy and quick recipe that requires only few ingredients and the taste is similar to Gujarati-style kopra pak. You can make single-layered white burfi with this recipe, but the pink layer makes the burfi more attractive.🌹

Ingredients ⬇️

1 tablespoon of ghee
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar ( add extra as per choice )
3 cups desiccated Coconut powder
1 cup Mawa ( or milk powder or mawa powder)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon rose extract
Food color ( red )
Optional : Edible silver layer
Chopped pistachios for garnishing

*Just 10-15 minutes of cooking on medium heat mixture will leave the sides of the pan and does not stick to the spatula

This measurement gives you 22-25 pieces of square Burfi ( depends on size of square )

Store in airtight container for 4-5 days at room temperature and for 15-17 days at refrigerator.
