Vehicle gps speed limiter and speed governor manufactured by Guangzhou Deka Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. are designed and manufactured for Rwanda Zimbabwe Ethiopia Kenya Ghana Tanzania Namibia and Uganda. Deka speed limiting and monitoring devices can be applicable for passengers service vehicles, lorries, haulage trucks, buses and cars.
Main Features
1. Speed limiter recorder.
2. Ajustable speed limiter. Max.speed can be set by administrator by remote controller or PC config software. 
3. Enforce to limit the pre-set speed intelligently, safe speed limit. 
4. Speed data downloaded in PDF or notepad format.
Vehicle travelling data could be retrieved by using a computer or a USB flash disk. 
5. Data could be stored at intevals of 5 secs for at least 72 working hours.
Including speed record, longitude, latitude,strength of gps signal, year, month, day, hour, munite, second, the speed of vehicle, etc.
6. Tamper proof. Deka vehicle speed limiters are specially designed for none drivers or any other unauthorized people can tamper with the installed devices. Once device is tampered, it shall go to limp mode vehicle speed is restricted to 40KM/H or 30KM/H or 20KM/H (As per standards)
7. Pre-warn if 95% of set speed limit is reached, beep sound will be produced continuously.
8. Installation Deka speed governor could be hidden in a place not accessible by unauthorized people.
9. The speed limiter recorder could communicate with computer by use of USB flash.
