Panelist - Mr Sourav Roy, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India

Mr Sourav Roy did his BA LLB (Hons.) from NALSAR , Hyderabad and graduated from NALSAR in 2013. He did his masters from University of Cambridge in 2015 where he was Commonwealth Shared Scholar. Currently, he runs his own litigation practice at the Supreme Court. His practice is focused on the commercial litigation and arbitration in the energy and infrastructure sectors before the APTEL, Electricity Commissions, Delhi High Court and arbitral tribunals; Appeals of all kinds (civil, criminal, statutory) before the Supreme Court; Insolvency matters before the NCLT and NCLAT. He is also the Deputy Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh before the Supreme Court. Previously, he has worked as an associate at Amarchand and Mangaldas and Suresh A. Shroff and Company and has been a junior to Mr. Akhil Sibal and Mr Salman Khursid.
