1.Power on/Led blinking continue.
2.Check eht supply voltage------ok(but it standby voltage).
3.Power off/Discharge the main filter condenser and open eht supply voltage resistor.
4.Power on/Check STR main supply voltage---ok.
5.Check 18V of STR middle pin-----low and fluctuate.
6.Check diode D803(RGP10G),cathode voltage------low and fluctuate.
7.Power off/Discharge the main filter condenser.
8.Check diodeVD802(18V) by meter-----ok.
9.Check diode D803(RGP10G) by meter-------ok.
10.Open jumper (connected by a diode D803-RGP10G).
11.Add a new diode RGP15G(Replace by D803-RGP10G).
12.Power on/Then-------
