Описание к видео Need For Speed Payback - LV399 Aston Martin Vulcan Race Spec Performance is not worth the price

Fully Upgraded Level 399 1097HP Aston Martin Vulcan gameplay for Need For Speed Payback. Showcasing it's overall performance in 3 events and 1 online casual speedlist. Performance/Speed Cards and stats are shown at the start of the video. Played with keyboard and manual transmission.

I included an online race and I'm sure you noticed that I P.I.T a Honda S2000 without touching :/

Timeline:

Aston Martin Vulcan Race Spec Performance review:
Of course one of the highly requested cars. The Vulcan is the second most expensive car in the game and I can assure you that the performance does not match the price tag. There is a saying that the most expensive car typically performs good, but not the Vulcan unfortunately.

Lets start off the best stat of the car. It has the lowest 1/4mile time in the game at 8.2 seconds for the race spec. It's engine acceleration and NOS acceleration is strong too with a strong base top speed. And that's the only good thing about the Vulcan.

Unfortunately, the handling and cornering part of the Vulcan is weakest stat. Also because you can't downshift when applying the handbrake, manual transmission can be difficult in this car which I will explain in a bit. So now the drifting... the best I can describe is, the Vulcan wants to be grip car but it's being forced to drift.

When the drift angle gets large, it loses a lot of speed + lots of wheelspin. Now this wheelspin will affect the drifting based on what speed and gear you are in. In order to maintain a predictable and light drift, you must use the correct gear based on your drifting speed. Use the wrong gear, and the car becomes heavy and a bit unpredictable. Because you can't downshift when you handbrake, this becomes an issue with manual transmission. Using the wrong gear also causes a lot of speed loss too unlike most cars. The heavy reliance on using the correct gear makes the Vulcan one of the most unreliable car to drive. It's drift recovery is weak and it becomes amplified if you use the wrong gear as the car can suddenly end the drift resulting in losing all of your speed momentum.

How does it compare with 911 RSR and Regera:
I will maintain in using the previous Autolog time with 911 Carrera RSR of 1:35.78 for Mountain Run. Some guy decided to use the dirt shortcut to take on that record. The Vulcan is 4 seconds slower than the 911 Carrera RSR. The Vulcan has very strong acceleration to keep up but it falls flat as it loses too much speed in the corners. Combined with it's very unreliable drifting, the Vulcan being the 2nd most expensive car in the game is simply not worth it.
