🍳 Cook Time: 7 To 8 Mins
🍽️ Serves: 3 To 4

Ingredients
2 tsp Ghee
1 tbsp Biryani spices
7 Garlic cloves
2 Green chilies
2 Kashmiri red chilies (for color)
3 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
2 cups Water
½ cup Cornflour mixture (1 tbsp cornflour mixed with water)
½ tsp Salt (extra for adjusting)
11/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Unsalted white butter
11/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Fried bread cubes / croutons – for topping

Method

1. Cook the Base: In A Pressure Cooker, Add Ghee, Biryani spices, Garlic cloves, Green chilies, Kashmiri red chilies (for color), Fry For A Minute After Tomatoes, Salt, Onions Mix Well After Add Chilli Powder, Pour Water Mix Well And Close The Lid And Cook For 3 Whistles.

2. Blend: After Pressure Releases, Let It Cool For 2–3 Mins Transfer The Cooked Tomatoes, Onion, Spices
To A Mixer Jar Grind To A Smooth Paste Separate The Boiled Water Into A Bowl.

3. Strain & Flavor: In The Same Cooker, Place A Strainer Add Pour The Ground Tomato Paste, Reserved Soup Water Through It Discard Pulp And Mix Well After Now Add Cornflour Mixture Add Salt To Taste Add Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, Unsalted White Butter Mix Well And Boil For 2–3 Mins Until Slightly Thickened.

4. Serve Hot: After Turn Off The Stove Garnish With
Fried Bread / Croutons.
