Google Single Sign On

In Flow Master, you can log in with your company account using SSO—Single Sign-On.
It makes login easier and more secure for your team.

To set it up, go to Organization Settings and click on the ‘Auth Methods’ tab.
After click create new sso provider button, you can choose Google or Microsoft as your login provider.
Just enter your domain, like flowmaster.io.
If your organization uses its own identity provider, you’ll also need to enter the client ID and client secret.

But if you don’t have a custom identity setup, that’s okay — Flow Master’s default configuration will work without needing these fields.

Once everything is saved, your team will see a ‘Sign in with Google’ or ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ button on the login page.

Next, let’s connect Google Calendar.

This helps you sync your meetings and tasks with your calendar automatically.

To set it up, go to the Integrations tab and select Google Calendar.
Just enter your domain, like flowmaster.io.

Once it appears in the integration menu, click on Connect to begin the setup.

You’ll be asked to give permission to access your calendar.
We only use this access to read and create events related to your tasks or meetings in Flow Master.

Once connected, your Flow Master events will appear directly in your Google Calendar.
This allows you to manage your schedule in one place, sync across multiple calendars, and get reminders for important deadlines or meetings.

Now let’s look at Gmail integration.

Similar to the calendar integration, Gmail can be enabled at the organization level by adding your domain.

Once it’s active, your teammates will see the option to connect their Gmail accounts with just one click.

Flow Master will then be able to pull in relevant emails, organize them by project or contact, and help you take quick action—like creating tasks, notes, or follow-ups right from your inbox.

This keeps your communication in sync with your work, without switching between tools.
