So what's new with the Fender American Professional II Stratocaster guitars?

The Fender American professional II series Stratocaster guitars feature all new rolled fingerboard edges as well as a new “Super Natural” neck finish and new contoured neck heel. These premium appointments allow you to really get to every inch of the guitar fretboard and really enjoy your Stratocaster experience. It's comfortable to play, and really reduces that hand fatigue that can sometimes creep in after hours of practice.

A new Bevelled Neck Plate is a nice little addition too!

The new String Tree increases sustain and tuning stability whilst you get to grips with the new V-Mod II Pickups that provide all that classic Stratocaster tone. You have more control over your sound via the new Push/Push electronics options. There is a Coil Split on HSS Models whilst the Push/Push function adds the neck Pickup to Switch Position 1 on SSS models. The new Double Tap Humbucker on the HSS Models will provide all the screaming Start power when you want it - especially when used with distortion!

The new Cold Rolled Steel Trem Block increases sustain and reliability too! The American professional 2 series also features Alder & Roasted Pine Body Woods with Roasted Pine on SSB & Natural Roasted Pine finish available.
