Happy Halloween from all of us here at The Fisherman Magazine! Togging continues to grab the most attention across southern New England and most anglers have been able to get what they want out of their tog trips. Limits of blackfish have been easy to come by and those who want to hunt big ones, seem to be finding those as well. Stripers are thinning out to the north, but still in full migration mode to the south, with some very good reports from western Long Island Sound. Freshwater anglers are finding good results chasing trout and both large and smallmouth bass, with some big ones in the mix. Great fall weather yields phenomenal fall fishing, get out there and see for yourself. Special thanks to Nicole (@thatsaltyblonde_ on Instagram) for the Halloween-themed striper photo!
