Toppy Inverter is a stationary pallet inverter designed to rotate palletized loads up to 2,000 kg and a maximum height of 2,600 mm.

The pallet inverter operates through different rotation modes depending on product stability:

– 90° rotation for stable products (e.g. boxes)
– 180° rotation for unstable and fragile products (e.g. vials and bottles)
– 180° rotation for unstable but resistant products (e.g. bags and drums)

The load is placed onto the Toppy Inverter platform using a forklift truck.
Toppy Inverter is available in a manual version, with push-button control panel, or in a fully automatic PLC-controlled version.

Which products can be handled with a pallet inverter?

How are products loaded or unloaded from the pallet inverter?
Goods are handled using a forklift truck.

How are fragile products protected?
The load is securely clamped by the platforms to prevent movement and damage.
Optional photocells can be installed to avoid product crushing and ensure maximum product integrity.

What is the difference between a mobile and a stationary pallet inverter?
Mobile pallet changers do not require a dedicated area and can be used flexibly in different production or warehouse zones. They can also partially replace conveyor systems for internal load handling.
Stationary pallet inverters, on the other hand, are ideal for customers who need to change a high number of pallets per hour and can dedicate a specific area to the pallet changing operation.

How is the pallet changing operation performed?
The pallet change is carried out by rotating the load 90° or 180°, depending on the stability and resistance of the product being handled.
