It normally takes three and a half months to qualify as a police officer - but a new scheme puts graduates in front-line policing in just six weeks.

It's called Police Now and is designed to encourage more recruits from different backgrounds to join.

But, as Caroline Davies reports, there are concerns about how long these fast tracked recruits will last in the Met.
