Using only the base game and Blooming Rooms Kit, this cozy home is ideal for nature-loving sims, whether single or coupled. Sims can enjoy serene moments by the beautiful pond and get inspired on the balcony/deck overlooking the water, perfect for painting.

It's been a while since I last posted. So when the much awaited Blooming rooms kit became free, I had to build this 😍. On another note, I didn't stick to a budget. Hope you enjoy this Sims 4 speed build. Have a great weekend!!
